Harwin Performance, LLC is committed to providing top quality products to our customers.  If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, for any reason, 100% of your purchase price will be returned. The cost of returning the product(s) to Harwin Performance is not covered under this guarantee.

Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted for refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. (Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable.)

To receive your refund, please follow the instructions below.

  • Email info@harwinbalancer.com within 30-days of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address from customer service.
  • Product must be in undamaged and like new condition.
  • Product must be securely packaged in the original box and with original packing materials.
  • The RMA number must be printed boldly on the outside of the box.
  • All parts and paperwork requested by customer service must be in the box.
  • Product must be shipped via FedEx or UPS Prepaid and Insured.
    1. Harwin Performance is NOT responsible for damage to the product in return shipment and will NOT refund purchaser for product that is received damaged. By insuring your shipment for your purchase price you are covered by the shipper in the event that the product is damaged in shipping.
    2. No product shipped collect or 3rd Party billing will be accepted. The shipper will be instructed to return the shipment to the sender.
  • Once you have shipped the product please email the tracking number for the shipment to info@harwinbalancer.com. You will be contacted once the product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of the returned item. Monies will be refunded using the form of original payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact a Customer Service Representative within 24 hours of receipt at info@harwinbalancer.com. Please keep all shipping boxes and materials so that we can document the damage with our shipper. Failure to do so will void the shipping insurance, as well as your refund.
